Families of the Bible

The Bible is full of beautifully woven stories running through the weave of generations, that testifies of God’s heart to reveal Himself to his creation and restore it to its glory, post the fall of humanity. He has never given up on his creation ever since, and there can be no better evidence to prove this than, the coming of Jesus Christ as the Saviour of the world.

This series of study intends to take us through the intricate tapestry of the lives of the families of the Bible, inside-out through the eyes of our greatest teacher, the Holy Spirit. As we take a closer look, we will discover a wealth of insight to learn from and be empowered as families to be restored back to our God given purpose.

This Study Has a 4 “G” Plan:

• Get a Glimpse of Biblical Families: This study will help you get a glimpse of the families of the Bible that made their way into the pages of the Scripture as God saw it fit and has a message for us.
• God at Work: In this study we will see God, the Grand Weaver, working with His steady hands on the lives of individuals and families, pulling the strings of both obedience and folly of man to accomplish his Grand Purposes.
• Gain Insights: This study is designed for you to deliberate, reflect, and ask questions. Allow the Holy Spirit to light up the Truth of the Scriptures as He unfolds the dealings and affairs around the lives of these families for us to learn.
• Got to Apply: This study encourages us to be faithful students of God’s Word, by not only being “Hearers” but also “Doers” of God’s Word.

May the Lord reveal His heart to us as we journey through the families of the Bible and help us see His Grace and Truth, transform us as families that reflect His Glory.
